When you place an order, it is typically shipped within 1–2 business days – often the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 (CET).

If stringing service or name printing has been added, please expect shipment after 2–3 business days.

If other conditions apply, this will be clearly stated at the time of ordering the product.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you receive your item. You do not need to provide a reason.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within this period – for example, by email. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed. We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery (COD).

When returning, the product must be in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card used no later than 10 days after we have received and approved the return.

You may also refuse to accept the package upon delivery as a form of withdrawal, but we kindly ask you to contact us in any case.

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if a product should still contain a defect, please contact our customer service at service@sportyouup.com. You will receive a reply within 48 hours (weekdays only).

If your claim is approved, the item will be repaired or replaced within 7 days. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item.

The 2-year warranty period applies in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

When you shop with us or participate in competitions, we process your personal information (name, address, email, phone number, and purchase history, if applicable) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We store your information securely and do not share it without your consent. Credit card information is processed in encrypted form and is not stored.

You may at any time request access to, modification of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at service@sportyouup.com.

You may only participate once per competition. Participation does not require a purchase. You automatically enter by submitting a correct answer or signing up via email or through our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

In cases of suspected cheating, we reserve the right to exclude participants.

If you win:

Winners will be contacted directly by email, and their names will be published on our website. By participating, you accept this publication.

Prizes will be shipped within approximately 14 days and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

We reserve the right for any printing or typing errors in prices and discounts.

For special agreements (e.g. club or corporate apparel as well as gift cards), negotiated prices cannot be combined with discount codes or sale offers.

Shuttlecocks are generally not included in standard promotions – however, they may be discounted when purchased in larger quantities (e.g. multiple dozens).
